Sketch constraints for screw hole/mount points

I am still having problems getting my mind wrapped around anything beyond simple constraints in a sketch. I've added some circles that will become a cylinder  where the screw will go into. For the life of me I can't figure out how to get it to be fully constrained. I've tried everything I can think of.

Attached is the model with a sketch that I can not get fully constrained. Any help would be appreciated!

You just need a few more dimensions.

Hi Thank you for submitting your query. Please check the attached image as I was able to to constrain the sketch.

So both of you had basically the same solution, and I guess it didn't cross my mind to have to put in so many arbitrary constraints. This does break the goal of being parametric. I am wondering if there is a more elegant solution that is more structured or based on relative constraints?

I mean this will work and I don't really need it to be super parameterized as Its a pretty fixed design. But I'm curious if there is a better way for future reference.

In any case, thanks for such fast help!

Thanks for showing the answer in an updated fusion 360 archive. That made it a bit easier to see what was done.
