Sketch Angled Rectangle

I am so frustrated with what I don't know yet with Fusion.

How do I sketch a rectangle (to be extruded to form a board) which will end up at the same angle as an existing line?

I want to sketch this rectangle in so I can extrude it.

Also, if I am supposed to have "Auto project edges on reference" setting disabled, as recommended by others on here, how do I snap(?) or infer off of existing geometry when sketching shapes?
