Singularity Detected Simulation Error

I was working on our design for quite some time now and our last task is to simulate it using Static Simulation. I've encountered numerous errors including meshing errors, unconstrained objects, interferences, and such. But I've resolved those and the pre-check is at "the study setup has all the information required" and is ready to solve. But after solving it, I encountered this problem.

Our setup is a bike and a bike trainer, I simulated them separately and they worked just fine. But when I tried to simulate them together, this happened. I've inserted the link to the file, thank you in advance for the help.

Hi ravendiamante44,

I was able to get the files and take a look. I was able to solve the Final Design for Simulation(Trainer). I see that there are no loads and that could cause this error. Apart from gravity isn't there any load on the frames? On this file the solve works as shown by the attached image.

Could you please point me to this f3d? I was unable to find this. I'm looking for the specific file that shows the "Stiffness Matrix" error. Thanks

Best regards
