Single parameter to control two equal dimension?

Good Morning as the title says, 

I want to control two equal measurements on a part using one parameter.

I thought I would be able to set the expression of the user parameter to equal the dimensions I want to control.. maybe I am thinking of this the wrong way. Can someone please help?

PS: this is an area I think we need more development..

 I'd set your user parameter to 0.25 not S1 then I'd set the S1 and S2 Expression to BottomCorner_Inset.
