Simulation Error: Regularization Failed

Hello,

I am currently trying to run a series of simulations on a range of models but I appear to be having problems with this form.  I have received this error message when attempting to generate the mesh within the simulation:

Could anyone advise me on how to solve this issue? I've attached an .f3d file for reference

The model is not valid, it has one face that is totally inside the solid, and another that is partially inside. I unstitched your model, deleted the two invalid faces, then created a patch in the area where there was an opening, then stiched to a solid. I reattached your constraint and load to the same locations on the new solid and was able to mesh and solve. I have attached the repaired file.
