Simulating airflow in Thermal Simulation

Is their to simulate airflow in thermal simulation that would be equvilant to a Blower fan

There is not.

If you check the Blog for what's new, you can see there is only the following thermal loads available:

"To get more technical, Thermal Study allows you to analyze temperature distribution in the design caused by heat input and out. Load types include: Applied Temperature, Surface Heat, Radiation, Convection, and Internal Heat."
