Simple push pull deleting sketch lines

I am trying to get a handle on how Fusion360 works compared to something like SketchUp.  In SU, whenever you create an area that is contiguous/closed, it becomes its own entity, and effects that happen on other things for the most part have mnothign to do with the newly contiguous area.  No so in Fusion.

Simple example (as in the picture attached to this post):  I am modeling a little extension that goes under a lamp in the ceiling to cover a larger-than needed hole in the ceiling.  I draw a circle, then offset the circle, the offset the circle again, and once more to create four circles.  In SU ,that would create three separate contiguous areas I could push/pull to the specific heights I wanted.

In Fusion 360, doing one push pull / extrude command deletes all other information.

I am coming at the problem like this:  I measured one circle at 100mm, then I want to create another 25mm larger than that, and another 2mm larger than that.  Does Fusion 360 not allow me to base my measurements on previously drawn geometry, and do I have to draw separates sketches for each circle?.....or how would I go about modeling a simple pattern like that?

Thanks!

I'm not sure, but what you are seeing might just be the fact that Fusion turns off the sketch visibility after the first extrude operation. You would just need to turn the sketch visibility back on (using the light bulb in the browser) and extrude the other parts. once you turn the sketch back on, it will stay visible until you turn it off.

The sketch functions should work the way you expect.
