Shrink Shape

Hi! I'm trying to shrink the outer top & bottom of this shape by a few milimiters.

I tried Offset command on both top and bottom but it just moved them up or down.

I also tried to Offset the side but it won't let me select it as a whole but as 2 surfaces and it won't do the offset.

I offset only one of the side surface, then the other side surface, but they won't intersect correctly.

What technique should I use to accomplish this?

Thanks!

These are surfaces and not bodies. None of the commands you are trying will work on them. If you want to thicken the outer perimeter by a few millimeters, they first need to be stitched back into bodies and then you can use the press/pull command to thicken the perimeter.

did you model it in fusion. going back in the history and fixing there is the best way.

just guessing with out seeing a model (you could export a .f3d file and attach).

not completely sure what you want, perhaps a little more explanation of the end result?

edit-didn't see the file before

Hi!

Maybe I didn't understand correctly, but I stitched boca1TopRecorte and bocaPared and it's giving me this error:

Hi!

Unfortunately this is part of a model I didn't start from scratch and I'm modifying it...

This is the result I'm looking for
