Shortcut Issue with VISUAL STYLE

Does anyone has the same issue, when trying to use CTRL+6 (shaded with visible edges ) it won't do anything? 

all the other short cuts for the visual style work, just not this one. Is it a bug?

decided to install an addon that lets me change it quick as well

It doesn't work using the number pad, which is odd.

What I find weird is all the other visual style shortcuts work...just not the "shaded with visible edges"

When I change my PC's language from English US to UK it works. It's a problem with windows not recognising the number 6 in Fusion it looks like.
