Sheetmetal for Welding individual pieces

I'm pretty new to Fusion 360.  I like using the sheet metal feature to auto flange metal, miter the corners, etc.   But I don't have a large sheet metal press.  So lets say I'm designing a truck bumper.  I would like to do so, but without the bend gaps and without the round cutouts in the corners.  This way I can create a flat pattern, export it to cad, and then break up the pieces so I can cut them individually on my plasma table and weld them up.  Can this be done?

I've attached a test file where I was able to get the gaps close enough... but the corners are wrong.

Thanks.

Take a look at the screencast.  You need to change your corner option to "Linear Weld".  Change this setting on your last flange.
