Sheet Metal Roll Form w/ Flat Pattern? Sorry, Still Learning

Hi there.  I am new to Fusion so forgive me if this may be a no-brainer or maybe answered (I have tried to look at Forums and watched the Sheet Metal Tutorials but still having trouble).  I have been learning how to use the Sheet Metal features due to large use of sheet metal parts we produce and use here.  Unfortunately I keep getting hung up in one place.  That is, when I want to make a part as shown in the attached picture I can't make a flat-pattern due to the fact there are no stationary faces to do so on.  Is there a way to draw as a flat pattern and roll it on a diameter?   What way would one go about creating the part and rolling it, while still having the flat patter and DXF to be able to send out to the fabrication when needed?  Thank you in advance!

Model with a planar face that is far far smaller than can be measured in the real world.

Oh, so if I clipped off say.... 0.001 edge of the Radius and extended that out as a straight edge, then I could utilize that as the stationary face!  Brilliant!  Thank you Sir!
