Sheet Metal Question

Hello everyone,

after I do an extrude to cut away material on a flanged part, I am seeing material not being removed by the extruded cut. This in turn causes my flanges to be misaligned. I attached 2 screenshots showing one of these instances. Can anyone help me out please?

This thread somehow fell between the cracks. The last operation in the timeline is set to "join" not cut.

If it is changed to "cut" then there is no target body found.

I am not sure what you are trying to accomplish so more details are needed.
