Hi @ea986600 ,
We tried to replicate the issue but it is not reproducible.

Are you facing the same issue when you try to use the share link on Laptop/Desktop in "New  InCognito Window" for Chrome Browser  or "New InPrivate Window"  in Edge Browser?

Hi Vinayak,

It happens to me even when I'm using my laptop when using both Edge and Chome to validate new share links.

However, for share links before the recent updates, they did not have the download issues. Thanks.

AC

This is the share link created before the recent updates. No download issues detected at the upper right corner. Thx.

hi @ea986600 , while generating the share link did you enable the download button ?

Hi Sasi,

Thanks for replying.

I always shared my links for review only without enable download.

As mentionied earlier, other share links before the updates works correctly as of today but new share links created after the updates works incorrectly. It not only able to download the files in 3D formats, but also can download the fusion source file too. Thanks.

Regards,

AC

Hi @ea986600 ,

Thank you for sharing the details. We have raised this issue with our team.

As a workaround, You can generate the share link using the Fusion Web Client, where you have the option to disable downloads. Once the link is created with the download option turned off, you can use the link.

Hi Vinayak,

Thank you for you and your team to look into the issue.

I have followed your workaround suggestion to use Fusion Web Clinet. Noticed that even the new share link has been created, the download buttoms still exists.

Lastly, thank you again for you and your team for the assistance.

Bests,

AC

New updates,

Using Fusion Web Client can workaround the issue, no download buttons anymore. Thank you.

Hi @ea986600 ,

The team has fixed the issue.

Could you please check and confirm if you're now able to use the Share Link from the Desktop application as expected?

If everything looks good, kindly accept the solution.
