Shape optimization. Error. Need help. OCM convergence

Hello all,

(Beginner with shape optimization).

I'm trying to run the optimization but I obtain an error. If I run just Load Case 1 is fine, but if I include Load Case 2 I receive the error. 

Load Case 2 is clone of number 1, the only change is the  direction, Linear Global Load X is in the opposite direction (same value).

The second load case is an exact copy. When you change it to (+)5 instead of the (-)5 you get a result.

Notice the two arrows are opposed.

I'm sorry but it's not working for me, and I don't understand why. 

I first changed one of the forces, and arrow changed direction. But the solver reply with an error, same error.
