Set up inertia properties for component by user input

Hello,

I just wondering that can I set up inertia properties for a component by myself?

For example, this simple bar has a uniform mass distribution so that its CoM(Center of Mass) locates at its geometry center. Although I can change the material of this component to change its mass. But I can't change CoM.

So, can I change it's CoM or inertia value of this component to make it represents an uneven mass distribution?

And how to do it in Fusion360?

Solidworks can modify component inertia value by my input value.

But I am not look for displaying different components' CoM. I want to change inertia properties such as CoM by input.
