Set Screw Thread Failed

I am trying to create a threaded hole through the side of an internally threaded cylinder for a set screw, but Fusion fails every time I try to do this.  Attached is an image of the error as well an example model.  In the attached model I am trying to add 1/4-20 threads to the 1/4" hole.

Unchecking the Modeling attribute on the main thread allows the set screw thread to be created.

If you want the main thread to be modeled:

  1. Roll back the timeline to the set screw sketch.
  2. Delete all timeline items at the end of the timeline.
  3. Change the diameter of the circle on the set screw sketch to .196", the minor diameter for 1/4x20 threads.   (Actually, this is the value I use for 1/4x20 threads because I have a drill this size Smiley Tongue).
  4. Extrude the set screw hole.
  5. Create the modeled thread.

This worked for me, hopefully, you'll have the same success.
