Servo Motor Analysis of Ailerons (Joints)

I am unable to simulate the joints properly. I want the flap to roll over the spar instead it detaches from the spar and executes the motion. When I activate the servo motor movement, how do I make the flap to roll over the spar?

You can only make Joints between Components. Your spar (and indeed none of the stationary wing parts) are Components. Your Rev2 Joint is not functional this way.

Chris is right, can't and doesn't work like that

Body 1 in that component, should be one of the five component that this mechanism uses.

Flap spar, Flap, Pushrod, servo arm, on a servo

Two more revolute joints where my circles are.

Should look like this - a joint on each end of the red line (pushrod) in the pic.

Servo arm can be your first revolute,

front end of the pushrod in a pivot hole of the servo arm,

Back end of pushrod, in to pivot hole of the aileron / flap

Aileron / Flap hinge is OK where it is, if it functions, (didn't check that)

Let me know if you get stuck, but this

might help....

Thank you for the same. I achieved the required motion.

I need another help.

How to do torque analysis of servo motors in Autodesk Fusion 360?

Sorry, canā€™t help on that subject, you can find the servo torque from the servo sales data, but I donā€™t do anything in Simulation area.
