no, none of those kinds of selection tools are available in Fusion.

Blender, as you know, is a polygon and Sub-D modeler. The topology of a quad mesh is different from the topology of typical CAD geometry, which is why many (but not all) of these selection modes don't make sense in a CAD application.
What would make sense in Fusion is edge-loop and tangent-edge-loop. These do exist but sometimes only one of them is available, when you would need the other.
