Select only 1 area sometime don't work

I'm beginner in Fusion 360.

I don't understand why sometime, I can't select only 1 area like in this screenshot.

@Anonymous, can you share this file here?  There could be a bug - sometimes one profile region of a sketch is missed in the profile detection code.  If so, we'd like to have this case to fix the bug.  Thanks!
