Section view detail: diameter dimensioning

Hi
I need to draw a detail view of cross section of a big diameter ring with small, but complicated cross section area (O-ring grooves, threads,...etc)
May I anyhow dimension it via diameter dimensions instead of annotations?
(For example (attached), how to dimension inner diameter in detail G?)

Or, if I HAVE TO use annotations - is it possible to include variables' values in annotation text?

Fusion 360 drawing environment does not have the Linear Diameter dimension ability yet.  I suspect in the future it will similar to the functions you will find in Autodesk Inventor.  As you say, you will probably have to resort to view annotation.
