section analysis flickers

After setting up a section analysis I get wild flickering objects.

Sometimes the inside is hollow, then it changes to solid. but for no apparent reason to me.

See it here:

Is there anything I could do to get a better result?

Hmm, try going to Display settings (the little monitor on the bottom of the screen) then Visual Effects and be sure everything, except Anti-aliasing, is turned off, including Ambient Occlusion.  Also, if that doesn't help, try deleting your modified materials and returning them to the default.  I saw a problem similar to this before and that fixed it.

I tried everything you recommended. It did not help for my problem.

Hi Leo,

There was a small update over the weekend that may have addressed this problem. Can you confirm that you have the latest version and if the problem is still there?

In the About window for Fusion you should see the release number 2.0.1593.

Yes, I got the newest Version.

Sreenshot with different material and different appearance:

btw, I remember just now that I was affected by the "black modeling" that some intel Graphic Cards had. Maybe a graphic card issue?

Hi @Anonymous

Looks like this is fixed in the next release.

Although I wasn't seeing the exact problem that you were I was getting strange results from section analysis also.

Here is what I was getting in the current release:

This is how it shows in the development build

This fix will be in our September release.

What your were getting looks very similar to what I have been seeing.

It looks like this will be solved with the next release. Very good. Thank you
