sculpt to loft

I have a sculpted body to connect to a silicone tube.  I am having no luck with projecting the sketch but that is only the first problem.  Can you loft  from a curved sculpted body to a tube?  If not, how should i tackle this problem?

This will be worn in a womans underwear and shunt urine away to keep the patient clean.

thanks

Could you share a screenshot of where the tube should be located?

You may be able to add this with the bridge command in the sculpt environment. Check out the screencast from this thread.

Let me know if this helps or if I can be of further help.

Thanks,

We'd like to help with this but the problem isn't clear yet.  Perhaps a simple illustration to indicate what you want to accomplish?

Thanks

thanks Nathan,  I hadn't thought to use the bridge command.  I was able to get the basic shape with a few big problems.  In order to make it work I intersected some geometry. it won't let me finish the form.  I have been practicing sculpt and this is by far my biggest challenge.  what are your thoughts?

It is easiest to find self intersection when in Box display mode.  Here is a posting that gives some tips.
