Hello

You have a body in which is sketch. Then you move body, is it possible that sketch come along.

You will want to first Insert a New Component

Then Activate the component..

Create the Sketch on the default planes of the component and extrude a new body.

Now, you can activate the root level of the design.

And Move the component.. this will move the component origin, the sketch, and the body all at the same time. Move Component.PNG

As Nathan said, you need to use Components to have the sketches and what not come along with a component move.  After you move a component and activate the root level of the design again, be sure to remember to take the snapshot of the newely moved to position, which will then go in your timeline:

I personally try to make my bodies and components where they need to be right from the get go, defining each new sketch on a previous body/component face or construction/work plane defined by a previous body/component face.  But if you do use the Component Move or Align and then take a snapshot, and then ever run into a situation where you would like to project geometry from one component into the driving sketch of another component, you will find if one component was moved this is problematic, being that upon editing a sketch all sketches will revert to original positions before the move snapshot was taken.  A work around is the following:

 

Slowly drag the snapshot 'back in time,' (it can take a little patience, to allow the program to be sure no rifts in spacetime will be created) being sure to move it to just after the component creation event (the white cube) for the respective component that was moved in space in that snapshot capture.

Now you can right click on the desired sketch and choose edit (note if edit is greyed out, click in white space work area and try again).

In sketch edit mode, you should happily find that everything is still in proper position in space, being you moved back in time the snapshot to a time position before the sketch that is being edited.  Here I'm now going to project a corner of the other component into the sketch.

Then I make the current sketch geometry snap to the newly projected point via a coincident constraint.

And here is the orange component modified by the projection from the green component that was moved.  Yay!fdfsdfs.jpg

 

Note that when you get used to this, you can also move the component creation events (white cubes) back in time as far as need be (they can always go all the way to start of timeline) so that the snapshot containing new space position of the component can be moved back in time as far back as needed.
