I think you need to explain in more detail what it is you want to accomplish.

I also believe you should re-design this from scratch as you timeline is a minefield or even a death trap for your design!

Start a new thread and ask questions early!

i noticed this on my second try.. dont cut holes to early or i get errors in my timeline.. and edit the canopy when its finished, again ive come so faar i dont want to start a new one but i might have to... 😞 also i wish to create a canopy enclosure for the components i have inside of it, and i want it to sit on top of the components.. flush with the holes im creating for the screws so it sits correctly on top of the components and not bendt or sideways

In the Screencast I point out you have a design problem where you need to mount the posts to the canopy.  I froze you board and post in the position you had them in and projected cutouts, using the post diameter, into the canopy.  The curves in the canopy do not give the post enough landing area to be attach effectively "without" them potentially cutting through the outside of the canopy surface.  I removed all linked files so I could export the model as a F3D file for easy attachment.

As already mentioned to you, your timeline needs a lot of help.

I would not worry about how to fasten the canopy until I have figured out where and how exactly to mount the camera.

It might be a good idea to use the canopy only as a canopy and not mount anyhing else to it.

I also have re-designed the drone from scratch, except the top plate and the canopy. You can see how short my timeline is.

You should have lots of questions!

Roll the timeline back to the 1st step by pulling the timeline marker to the 2st step.

Look at each step and observe what it does.

Look at how simple the sketches are.

I will try to make time to attach some pictures later, but basically, if you're designing something with multiple parts (components), when you hover your cursor over your component in the part tree on the left, a little gray dot will appear. If you click that, it will isolate that component from the rest of the assembly.

What that does at the same time, is isolate all the actions you've made in the process of building that part/component in the timeline at the bottom. So rather than having to sift through a huge timeline, you only see the timeline items related to the building of that part (component)

You need to be careful with your statement, it is true only if the Fusion 360 user had the "Hide all inactive features" checked.
