Screencast editing functions hidden below task bar

I have been using screencast since it was created from chrinicle and i have never had any issues using it. I hve updated the screencast to the latest version. I cannot access the editing buttons athey are tcked under my task bar. i have tried moving the screencast window uop wards but it jumps back to hide the edit functions under the task bar of my PC.

Is ther any way i can configure the window so as i can access the edit functions? i've tried mininizing the window to try and access the editing features, however this is not an option after recording has taken place.
