Scale up part by certain percentage

Hello,

I am just getting into the use of Fusion360.

I am drawing up a simply cavity to mould an o-ring. I have modelled up the o-ring and I want to scale it up by to 2.5% to allow for the shrinkage. Can you scale up by percentage in Fusion360? All I see is scale factor.
