Saved image not updating

So, one time while I was designing I was doing a section analysis and saved the file.  Now every time I save the file the image in my save folder is the same section analysis picture.

  I've tried saving as a different name, to a different location and deleting all the current files, I even tried giving it a different name and saving it to a flash and  opening and re-saving and the same **** picture shows up.    What the hell, why doesnt it update?

Can you please add more details, After created a section analysis and saving the file, are you referencing the data panel thumbnail image that is not updating?

Did you Hide/Delete the created section analysis before next save?

If you can record the problem in a screencast/video, that will help us to know more details.
