Save image not to cloud

It used to be that if save to my computer was checked an image would not save to the cloud. Now all of a sudden it's saving every image to the cloud even when I am just trying to save to my computer. How do I get it to not do this?

It looks like the Capture Image dialog is missing the checkbox for "Save to a project in the cloud" that is avialable in the Export dialog. I'm not sure if this is intentional or oversight, but it seems like an easy fix.

IT IS STILL DOING THIS

I have images everywhere in my project folders.
PS WTF would it not default to saving the image in the folder that the part is stored in?
I have complained about the saving defaults time and again. It is horrible.
Open a part and try to save as and instead of defaulting to the folder you opened the part in you have to navigate all the way back to the folder you opened it in from some other folder you were in an hour ago. It's ridiculous.
