Same Parameters acros many design

Looking for a solution to preserve the same sketch Parameters across many projects/designs.

1. Maybe there is an option to inherit Parameters from one design to another?

2. Option to export Parameters from design and import in other design?

Any plugin or smart solution?

such functions are coupled to the derive tool.
