Rounding of surface

link surface problem.png

Hi! I have this problem, where I need to top surface to be slightly rounded (as indicated with red, but for the entire length of that surface)
Is this even possible? And if so does anyone have a suggestion as to how I would go about that?
As for the model it is an extrusion with a series of boolean cuts and fillets.

Thanks in advance!

Accidentally replied to my own post, not sure you'll get a ping on that, so I'm just writing this to make sure 🙂

I personally would probably build this with the form tools, but I cannot exactly say why.

What you should look at is the loft functionality, but because the way you built this isn't very clean, you might run into problems.

I really don't see how you would loft a complex shape like that though, if it was a classic cuban chain sure, but it has too many intricate shape changes for it to be feasible

I am of course not talking about the entire shape. I am only talking about that particular surface.

However, I would completely redesign this from scratch.

Lesson #1  How to construct proper splines. Use as few points as you can get away with and work with the tangent handles to shape the curve. Be patient!

The curve below is horrible as can be seen when looking at the curvature comb.

Aaah yeah, I see what you mean, thanks a lot for your tips and your time! I'll try recreating with fewer points, and see if it'll make it easier.
