I can't get this to print correctly.  The perimeter oval is uneven in places and has gaps between walls (see upper right and lower left of image).   Also the surface of the dancers figure is rough.  I'm printing with PLA on an Ender 3 V2 Neo.

There are too many details less than .5mm thick.  It's unlikely to print well on an fdm printer.

Hi,

What nozzle size are you working with?
With 0.25mm it should work

There are even a detail of 0.15 mm.

The smallest detail should be at least 2 times as large as the nozzle diameter.
That means if you have a 0.4 mm nozzle the details should be not smaller than 0.8 mm.

I'm using a .4 mm nozzle.

The outside oval is 1.29mm wide so why does it split?   I tried changing it to 1.24 so it's an even multiple of .4 but it still splits.

That's in your printer.  Have you gone through the calibration process linked earlier?

Without pictures of the print it is impossible to make a statement. I can only guess that you printed with under-extrusion.
But these are problems that have nothing to do with Fusion, unless you use the Fusion slicer.
I would advise you to contact one of the many printer forums.

Hi Betreff,

A picture of the print is attached to my original post.

Everything else that I've printed has come out fine. It's just this one design.  However, I'll try going through the calibration.

If this is to be the print, the image is far too poor to see print details.

Try with setting "fill gaps".

I got it working.  The main issue was the Y axis belt was loose.  I also followed etfrench's calibration instructions.

Thanks for all the help.  I'm new to 3d printing and still have a lot to learn.
