How to show measurements while drawing?

Please excuse my newbie question. I'm trying to switch over from SketchUp to 360 and seem to be unable to find a couple of the features that are what make SketchUp easy for me to use.

How do I set it up to show the measurements WHILE I'm drawing a line, for example? In SketchUp, there's a little box in the corner that shows length. When you stop, you can enter exact dimensions, hit enter and it's done.

Also, in SketchUp there a "tape measure" tool, when you draw with it, it will show the length as you go, then, when you release, it leaves a guide line for you to work with later. How do I make that happen in 360?

Again, sorry for the newbie question, but looking forward to switching over and not having to ask silly questions.

Sketch 1 line or 1 circle or one rectangle and dimension it immediately.

Now you have a sense of scale for the rest of the sketch.

Sorry, what does that mean, "dimension it immediately" ? When I click and draw a line, I can see the dimensions as I draw, but as soon as I let go, they disappear. How do I make them "stick" and how do I make changes? In other words, what if I draw a line that's 4" long, but then, I need to make it 4 3/4"? I don't see any way to change that dimension, or as in Sketchup, "Move" one line to make it longer (if I was making a rectangle). How about "Guide Lines" with the measure function?

Hey mate - you can use the dimension sketch tool (Hotkey 'D', highlighted Yellow), and click on the line etc that you want to dimension. From there you can just dbl click on the numbers (highlighted green) to change that measurement.
