Rotating sketches/features

Hello,

This model is made up of 3 hollow cylinders in a circular pattern. On one of the cylinders, there is a feature(Sketch 6). I want to put this feature on the other cylinders the same way but with a single change of measurement from the end of the cylinder. I know I could use the circular pattern tool to rotate the feature, but then I would not be able to make changes to the measurements.

The only methods I could think of are: 1. Make a new plane and create the sketch on each cylinder. But this is time consuming and annoying to do. 2. Rotate Sketch 6 to the other cylinders and change the single measurement. But I do not know if these is even possible.

Any help is appreciated.

There is no way to do that that I am aware of.  There is no "pattern this entire sketch, but make each instance editable" feature.

Reorganizing your file will make it easy to have variable length slots on each leg:

Sketch6 and its associated plane need to be created prior to the circular pattern.  I just used the line in your sketch6 to create the plane, so in this case it couldn't be moved earlier in the timeline.  Instead of two extrusions to create the slot, using the slot command in the sketch means only one extrusion.  You also only need one circular pattern, just use the suppress feature to remove the unneeded clones.
