Could you share the fusion design here and note which sketch you're discussing? It will be helpful to see the specific context of the issue. I'm wondering if the origin for the component may be rotated as well?
I hope this helps.
I ended up restarting fusion and the issue went away.. hope it stays away lol

Actually, you should hope that the issue returns so that you have the opportunity to learn how it occurs and how to fix the issue.
Attach your *.f3d file here any time you see unexpected or unexplained behavior.
I always learn more from when things don't go as expected than from when everything "seems" to work.
It did happen again to me.. while i was moving a component/body i noticed the grid rotate 45 degrees.
had to restart fusion to fix it.
it doesnt seem to save it
I'm having the same issue. When I try to create a sketch, if I'm outside the body the grid looks normal. But if I want to put the sketch on the body, it's rotated about 45 degrees. Restarting did not fix the issue. I tried making a new file and import the mesh and I'm getting the same issue. I attached the f3d file.
Same thing happened to me. Originally I'd made a 3d scan of an object and modified it all types of ways. No Grid Rotation occurs. However, once I converted the Mesh to a Basic Solid, now when I enter Sketch mode, the grid rotates about 45*. Running on
