Revolving a circle distorts

I am not sure why when trying to revolve these circles around the origins axis it is causing them to be distorted along the path.  Any ideas why it is doing this?

Hi,

1. edit your display setting

2. create  circles and use the pipe tool

So it is only visual in Design mode, and will not be shown in Drawing from design?
