Revolve cut not cutting

Can someone tell me why the very last feature, a revolve cut doesn't work?  It must be something obvious, but I'm not seeing it.  I am trying to undercut at the end of the thread.

Your rectangle is not fully defined and does not come out far enough to the edge.

If you go to Section Analysis - you will see that it is cutting a hollow in the part.

The sketch point of the rectangles corner is not coincident with the projected point on your model.  If you drag the corner of the rectangle to the projected point, the revolved cut worked for me.
