Revolve about an axis which lies in a different plane

While learning the revolve feature, I observed a strange thing. I hope it is not a bug in Fusion 360. But, I was expecting something else to happen. Please see the recorded video that I am sharing in the drive.​

Thank You very much. I liked the solution of using sweep instead of revolve.
