UPDATE - We are investigating an issue that's affecting public sharing of your items (download/export workflows are not properly functioning) and resulting export emails. A suggested workaround until fixed is to try and signout of A360 before accessing any public share links.

We rolled out an update to fix the above issue. You should now be able to properly download/export as expected!
