Repeat Construction line doesn't

This is Odd.   drawing a construction line, repeat construction line but it isn't a construction line even tho' sketch palette says it is construction.

@jeff.strater: I was able to recreate this problem. Looks like a bug

@mr.rickwright: I agree that this is a bug. Unless the line tool is still active, you can simply continue sketching without calling repeat.

there are a couple of bugs in here.  First, the "repeat" in that first video should really be "repeat line", not "repeat construction".  Second, the "construction" command is really a toggle.  When you repeat it, you are toggling back to "normal" curve type.  So, the behavior of the line command is actually correct.  Although, subsequent repeats do NOT toggle back to construction, so that's another bug.  The fourth bug is that the palette still shows the construction type as active, so its state has not been updated correctly.  Thanks for reporting these.
