Hi Guys,

From time to time, after I finish an online rendering the icons disappearing from the menu, where you have the option to download the picture. The links are there, but there are no icons.

I believe this has something to do with the image being uploading to cloud (or similar).
just minimize/close the image and open it up again, there shouldn't be any problem

Yes, it was a cloud rendering. I have already tried what you sugested and more. I have also moved between environments, back to render and nothing. The only thing that helped, is was closing the file and opening it again.

Hi @Beyondforce

Thanks for the report.  I'll have the rendering team take a look.

Hello Beyond,

I am from cloud rendering tea, could you give us more detail about this problem to let us investigating this problem?

Is this problem happen for specific file or all file?

Could you elaborate the reproduce steps? What's the type of the rendering you viewed?  I tried to open a cloud rendering in fusion, but did not see the problem.

What's the OS you used?

Thanks,

Hi @SallyDong2005, Thank you for contacting me.

1. It happen for a new model I was working on. I wanted to test and compare the render results to different file formats (pmg, jpeg and tiff) and resolutions.

2. After every time the render finished, I was forced to close the windows, because the download icon didn't work. Then when I clicked on the picture on the gallery to download it, the icons were not there (like you saw in the attached screenshot). Luckily, the link in the area where the download icon is, was still working.

3. There was another problem which I didn't reported yet... I have applied my own wood texture to some of the parts and to my surprise the render captured my texture good some of the times and the other times I only got a white color instead of the wood texture.

4. I didn't tested other files yet. I will do that later today.

My HW specs:

Operating System - Windows 10 Pro 64-bit

CPU - Intel Core i7 @ 2.40GHz Turbo 3.20GHz
RAM - 8,00GB
Graphics - 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770M

Cheers / Ben.

Hi @Beyondforce,

Thanks for your quick feedback.

About the texture missing problem, could you let me know the name of the project and rendering? I will check the problem.

About the gallery issue, have you tried to restart fusion after it update recently?

Thanks,
Sally Dong

The project name is "Cabin" (please keep it between you & me!), and yes to the update. I'm using Fusion on a daily basis.

I got all the information of the texture missing problem, will forward it to our developer team to check it. About the fusion gallery issue, I still cannot reproduce it even on a Window 10 machine. I listed my steps here, could you help to review it and let me know where is the difference from your operations.

1. save a new design and switch to Render work space

3. click on the render button to create a cloud rendering

4. When the rendering is in progress, click on its thumbnail to open image viewer, all icons show up as gray and will become available after the rendering complete.

Thanks,
Sally Dong

1 & 3 (2) is correct. in point 4 the icons were gone AFTER the rendering completed. So I had to close the file and re-open it.

Hi @Beyondforce,

Did this problem happen for every file or specific file? Our developer is in the progress of checking it, more information would be helpful.

Thanks,
