rendering downloads as textedit file

Hi,

I am having issues when downloading renderings from the cloud to my computer. The file uploads and renders fine, but when I download it I can't read the file because it is always a text edit file. The file is visible within Fusion360 so I can see the render but can't download a working file. No matter which format I save in or what size, I get the same result.

Any advice on what I can try would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks, Rola

When you download your images do the file types populate with them? That is to say, if you save the picture as a PNG does your computer recognize the PNG file or is it an unkown file type (no file extension)?

I've had a lot of experiences with Autodesk cloud products (including Fusion 360, Render 360, Generative Design, and others) that download files without the extension. If you change the file to XXXXXX.png does that help?

Hi!

Some files were saving as XXXX.png.png for some reason. I fixed it and it
worked! Thank you for your help.

However, I have another problem with creating a 36 frame video. It renders
well and is smooth in fusion but when I open the downloaded mp4 file it
looks like a 6 frame video.

Any suggestions?
