Cannot import DXF file

I've recently switched from Solidworks and am learning the Fusion 360 ropes. I have been able to import DXF files in the past using the Import button while in the Modeling area. I could pick the unit I wanted to use and if I wanted it imported as a single sketch or per layer.

A new customer has sent me several DXF files that I can't open. I've tried the import during designing and from the data panel. Both result in errors. I've tried to generate the error report and it just sits there spinning. The DXF files are being created from Delcam CRISPIN. The message I get is "Fails to insert this DXF file".

Any ideas? Is there a setting I'm missing or something I can ask my customer to do? I would hate to have to recreate all of the geometry by hand.

Could yo share the dxf file?

I can't share the drawing. However, I spoke with technical support and there is an issue with the output from Delcam Crispin. I was able to get the files as a dwg (scale off a factor of 10).
