Render Appearance

Dear Sir/Ms,

Please can you kindly advise? I have started producing some renders, all appear fairly ok...however I am experiencing a line of white dots and some jagged edges in certain areas. The appearances I have been using are a wood effect (taken from Arroway) and satin aluminium from within Fusion 360 library. To start with, do I tweak the material settings - I think is it reflectance and roughness values...or/and...go to the render environment and alter the luminance, exposure values etc...??

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks,

J.

Without any images of what you are referencing, one can only use their imagination to show what you are describing. Is there any way you can attach an image of the outcome of these renders and possibly the file itself?

Hi, thank you for your response. I have since viewed topics and adjusting the 'CUSTOM' settings to 4000 x 4000px BEFORE setting up environment settings etc., seems to result in sharp, crisp image renders. Maybe like many, it has taken a while to figure this out as I understood at first was just a different option. I have found a similar thread to this. Thanks again though for a brilliant product. Regards J.
