Remove Samples and Demo Project

Is there any way to remove the Demo Project as well as the "Samples" from Fusion360? I understand from a first start up point of view how these would be useful, but once you're knees deep in the product it would be really great to get rid of these.

the UI clutter is getting really obnoxious sometimes.

I don't use Library Assets, and I currently do not need or want to see Samples on Basic Training, CAM, Design, Generative Design, Simulation, and Events. If I do at any point, I should just be able to expand the menu tree to find them.

Let the user have the options to filter what they see, please.

It will make their time in the application a lot less busy.

I don't mean to be F360's harshest critic, but this is really as simple as UI/UX stuff gets.

I find it a big visual blight and would love a way to remove these. I am not a "Hello World" amateur anymore and would love to clear up screen space for what's important.

I find it totally unbeliveable that SO MANY of the super-annoying things that this otherwise great program is bogged down with are left unadressed. I dont want to lose sleep over this now, but this is one example, and another immediate would be rearranging components, or rearranging parameters... MAN.. WHY cant i do that? that cannot be that difficult, and it would make my workflow and my user experience so so much smoother. These things are on the verge of breaking an otherwise perfect program. PLEASE autodesk address these simple issues thus allowing us to enjoy the greatness of your program!

I don't understand why Autodesk is being so annoying and complex on this issue. Just give the user the freedom to remove whatever they want from THEIR account. If someone wants to revisit a topic or learn a new topic then it should be accessible to them but don't make that an excuse to not let anyone else remove them.

Wonder if there is a Windows registry edit that would axe the Samples folder.  I'm grasping...

This is obnoxious - 7 years later, and we still have to look at these samples just stuck on the screen wasting real estate

I came here to express the same opinion that the Libraries and Samples should be collapsible, just like the All Projects grouping. Is this really too hard to ask for?

And even more annoying is when you have your view set to pinned project the assets folder is not visible but those useless samples are. By the way, the assets, are not in anyway useful. It would be great to have some kind way of using the data panel to drag in parts like a bolt or something instead of 'samples'.

Still wild how these samples are up. Never used them once. Takes up precious screen space in an area used often.

@jeff_strater can you elevate this to the dev team so that these Samples can be put to rest? this UI bloat is annoying and unecessary. 

Please tell the F360 team that paying users have been asking for a simple HIDE button for 8 years.

...make that 10 years! Just had a chat with Autodesk agent and they just pointed me to this forum post. I told them I read this thread FIRST and then asked for them to help remove SAMPLEs section.

I really like Autodesk, I have been using their software since the late 80s early 90s. I started using Fusion 360 when it first came out and still use it. I have been keeping up with this post, hopping that they would do something to be able to edit the Projects menu. I have made some great improvements over the years, unlike other software developers who adds a lot of BS to it. Autodesk has been more professional about it, in my view. But, they have been lacking in it with this issue. Fusion 360 has been around for a long time know. Most users do not need the SAMPLES in there face ever time they use it. It should be a simple preference selection to remove this. Even a simple hide button, as mentioned before. It has been long enough that this should be addressed.
