Red Mark on sketch in browser

What does the red mark on the sketch mean? It disappears when I remove a dimmension, but without that dimmension I believe the sketch is underconstrained (some of the lines are colored blue).   I have the preview feature "color sketch geometry based on constraint status" turned on.

Also, are the colors that the constraint coloring uses documented anywhere?

That little icon is a push-pin.  It indicates that this sketch is fully constrained.

 

As for the sketch colors, it depends on the environment you use.  For the "Grey Room" environment, which I use, these are the colors:
