Recently opened a file after a month or so of inactivity, and the last save is months older than my last save.

Originally my file's last save was sometime in early July, but I haven't interacted with the file until today. When I went to re-open the file, the latest save is from March 30th. When viewing my Fusion360 file hub online, I'm given the same data. This is legitimately a career altering loss for a massive project deadline I have, and just everything is completely lost during those months of work. I could understand having a final save corrupted or lost, but I truly do not understand how this much data could just vanish with Fusion. I just attempted an update to Fusion last night but I don't think I proceeded with it, and recently initiated a 30-day free trial of the personal use license. Otherwise my files have not changed whatsoever. Is there any way to recover these saves?

@marino.andrew9 Do you use multiple machines? If so any change that the file from the other machine did not get uploaded at all? Also if you go into your job status (the clock icon at the top right corner) do you see any pending uploads?

@RajkumarIlanchelian I used to, but as of last year all modeling in fusion has been done on one computer after I switched to a newer macbook.

As for job statuses, I don't see anything present there. It tells me the last version is from March 30, but the project itself shows todays date. Every time I close or restart fusion, a dialog box about "12 paused jobs" appears which Fusion does not provide any more details on. So Im not sure if that is related or not. This appears whether the project was opened or not while using the software.

@marino.andrew9
"12 paused jobs"

This is certainly related. It appears that there are many jobs that has not yet been updated to the cloud. Are you on a Mac or windows?

MacOS, but I have no way of accessing these paused jobs nor know where they came from. There is also nothing that displays when I click on the clock icon in Fusion.

@marino.andrew9 Can you please do the following:

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to Launchpad - Fusion service utility
3. Run the Gather system info
4. This will generate two zip files
5. Please attach the Fusiondiagnosticslogs.zip to me

Once you have done this

1. Launch Fusion
2. Put it in the offline mode (basically disconnect internet)
3. Now connect it back again
4. Now does the job status have any files that are showing up?

Currently proceeding with the other part of your recommendation.

In attempting to take Fusion offline, a warning dialog appears telling me that I have some file uploads in progress, asking if I should proceed. Should I do so?

@marino.andrew9 Yes, go ahead. Once you come back online they will start again. The key is I want to see if they appear in the job status again. Also will need the log files as called out too.

Did you not get the zipped files in my last response?

Attempting to take fusion off online mode crashed the software. I will try it again.

Worked on a second attempt to take fusion offline, then back online. But no new job statuses appeared.

@marino.andrew9 I do not have any attachments from the previous comments.

There are certainly changes on the local location that has not reached the cloud yet. The logs are to look into exactly that. In the job state there are four tabs. None of the tabs shows any state right?

Are you talking about the History, Used in, Used, Drawings four tabs? Only the History tab is relevant to me here, and it only shows the last file being from March 30th.

Nothing is shown, although I am still told I have 12 jobs paused every time I close the software.

@marino.andrew9 The logs are certainly showing some errors. I am connecting with our engineering team on this.

Thanks for that! I'll await hearing back about that. I really hope it ends up being a fixable issue...

@marino.andrew9 Certainly looking at it as a priority. I am trying to see with the logs and files that you provided how we can get the information you are looking for.

Can you give me a point of the file name that you are having this issue with? This will help to isolate it in the log files.
