radius embossed text

after wrapping embossed text around  cylinder, is there a way to radius or fillet the top edges?

im drawing up motorcycle handgrips to be 3d printed, and would like the raised letters to have a rounded top surface instead of completely flat with sharp edges.

i have not been able to figure this out.

thanks

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

i'll draw another one up. Ive scrapped every one ive drawn. it really wouldnt be any different than embossed text on a flat surface. i just want all the edges radiused. instead of the sharp corner at the outline.

hopefully that works.

i'd like to either round the top surface of the text, or radius all the top edges with a fillet or similiar.

not sur ewhich way yet as i havent managed to see how either would look.

the curve of the top surface follows the curve of the cylinder which is a great start.

thanks for looking at this
