"New design" parameter template

Is it possible to have a standard set of parameters that would appear in each of my new designs automatically?

I have managed to create a CSV list of parameters that I want to have by default. I can manually import it into my designs. But is it possible to make it happen automatically?

The idea behind this is to basically have my own library of standards in parameters. Let's say I want to put in an M4 compression limiter hole. I don't remember those dimensions off the top of my head, but if I have them in the parameters, I would just type in "M4_COMPRESSION_LIMITER_...." in the hole feature dimensions and pick up "M4_COMPRESSION_LIMITER_HOLE_DIAMETER" from the list and so on.

An interesting trick. But it addresses a slightly different need and also involves many manual operations. In the video he uses master model parameters to drive derived parameters in other external parts. 

I don't really need to drive parameters in external parts, I just want to be able to pre-define a set of parameters that would be created in all my models by default when I hit "New design". On this occasion - for standardisation and quick reference. But people may want to have other default parameters for other purposes. I know Fusion doesn't allow for custom text parameters at the moment but eventually it'll be there and people would want to have them as part of their default design template for lets say classification purposes or to facilitate other internal company processes, to pass those parameters to ERP systems for example, or the other way around, say pass supplier information and unit prices from ERP into Fusion.
