Question about working with an STL in Fusion

I have .STL files for a pair of hard armor gauntlets that were designed for the arms of an average sized man that I need to alter to fit a man with gorilla forearms. Is this even possible in Fusion? essentially the goal is to find a way to enlarge the rear portion of the gauntlet to fit a larger diameter without distorting the front diameter. ill happily provide any info needed if someone can pass me a little advice on a workflow that can accomplish this task

Fusion isn't particularly good with directly editing stl files.  Mesh mixer is though.
