put normal lines on top of construction lines

Fusion seems to default to have construction lines on top of normal lines. This is especially apparent when the lines are colinear.

Thank you for idea - this is getting changed to solution provided due to nature that this has been fixed in a recent release to make the default to normal line on top.  The are still some situations with zoom where the priorities will change back.  We are currently working on a solution.
